Born in Monstro City, Rex Majestros is the powerful, reptilian father figure of the First Family. Rex is the son of one of the First Family's villains Madame Majestrix but he ran away from home when he was fourteen. He is married to Natalie Furst and together they've had a daughter named Astra Furst.

- Unique Physiology: Rex comes from a race of reptilian people who live in an underwater society called Monstro City. He has hard scales all over his body, a tail and is built very durably.
- Superhuman Strength: Rex lived deep within the caverns of underwater trenches, as such he is immensely strong.
- Superhuman Durability: Rex's body is hardened by pressure and scales which act like armor that protects him from most conventional damage.
