Rachelle "Energy" Brown was a vigilante active in Astro City in the 1970's. Formerly a prostitute from Bakersville, she was given superpowers by Dr. Croft in order to serve as an enforcer for Morris "Ace" Reynolds. At some point, she escaped from Reynolds and struck out on her own, becoming a vigilante.
Her career after the 1970's is undocumented.
